Rosemary Coriander Syrup
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup water
1/4 cup rosemary
1/8 cup whole coriander seeds
Instructions:
Crack coriander seeds. This can be done be grinding the coriander seeds or blending the coriander seeds with a portion of the water needed for the recipe. Once the coriander seeds are opened, combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil. Stirring consistently. Syrup is ready when sugar is diluted. If water is simmering it is done.
